Hi folks~! Gads.. I hadn't realized that I let over a month go by without updating much of anything. @_@;;;; I've been so busy over the past couple months with comic projects, drawing pictures, getting things ready for Anime Expo that this sort of got pushed on the serious backburner. ^_^;;;; I'm terribly sorry for those of you who were waiting pretty patiently for something these past weeks. ^_^;;; I do have a lot of new stuff to show you. ^_^;; Hopefully that's some sort of consolation! First of all, I have to say, I'm pretty proud of the fact that I finished a 20 page comic in about 2 weeks... Well.. really, I had a lot of help from my net sis, LadyFox, and another special friend of mine. *p^_^q* Gads.. without their help, I'd prolly be stuck at page one. The comic, called the "Rose of Caterhaugh" will be printed sometime in the next couple months in the Well of Souls Manga Anthology. I'm so excited about it~! My particular manga is based off a Celtic fairy tale called "Tamlin". I won't be posting my comic here on my page, but I will be posting information about the story, characters, and where you can purchase of a copy of it once it is printed. ^_^ Secondly, I'm pretty excited about Anime Expo... Only a few more weeks away and I'll be meeting up with a lot of online friends, meeting some of the Guests of Honor who I absolutely idolize (like Yuu Watase (Fushigi Yuugi) and Akemi Takada (Kimagure Orange Road), and have a blast. ^_^ I'm going almost all out and participating in the karaoke contest there... I don't think I'll get that far, but I'll be sure to write my experiences in a AX log/journal. Depending how I feel, I'll add in some photos of the event. XD Right now, I'm working on stuff to sell in the art show and the artist alley. (Here's hoping I sell something. ^_^;;;) Anyway, if you see me in the artist's alley, be sure to stop on by and say hello~! ^^ I really don't bite...hard. o_- *giggle* On to other strange and weird nonsense, I was pondering about this name of "Kitsune"...There seems to be a good number of them all over the place.. and I have this thing about being mistaken for other people.. @_@;;; I really like foxes and all...but maybe... if I officially shorten Kitsune to Kitsu... or Kits? or maybe something like "TareFox". XD XD XD (Sorry.. I happen to love Tare Pandas...) A friend of mine nicknamed me "CutePaws"... and I have that in Kit's profile, but it seems a little too "cute" for me at times. ^_^;;;; In some places, I'm known as Selphie... or SelphieFox... but well... because of FF8 fandom, those are pretty popular too... Oh well.. I'll just leave things as they are now.. It's far too much of a hassle to change something that's pretty set. ^_^; Over and out~!! Luv~ Kit |
